We’ve decided we’d like to delicate some of the topics on operation Survive to retro gaming. In today’s world games can be so complex and the expectations are so high. With an $80 a year price tag the magazine is a little pricey compared to your average modern gaming magazine.
- classicgaming.gamespy.com - Gamespy was one of the first online gaming websites, now with many competitors. Classic Gaming services as Gamespys attempt to provide those who are passionate about old school gaming a place to get new stories and updates on their genre.
- 1UP’s Retro Gaming Blog – The retronauts blog also is regularly updated with great content and they even have a podcast available on itunes.
- IGN Retro – Everyone knows IGN as an online gaming news giant so it comes as no surprise that they even have a portal deticated to retro gaming. After I stumbled upon this website, two hours disappeared into thin air.
