JC Fletcher: ESRB lists Fatal Labyrinth for PS3 and Xbox 360

The early Sega Genesis roguelike Fatal Labyrinth was released on PC download services last week, but Sega doesn't appear to be done re-releasing it yet. The ESRB listing for the game shows, in addition to its existing PC and Wii Virtual Console releases, plans for Mac, PS3, and Xbox 360 versions of the game.

Fatal Labyrinth is actually already available on PS3 and Xbox, as part of Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, but a separate ESRB listing for those platforms suggests a standalone downloadable release, like those given to games like Gunstar Heroes, Sonic & Knuckles, and Phantasy Star II. Good news for those of you who don't want to spend around twenty dollars for the fantastic deal that is the Ultimate Genesis Collection.

Dain contacted Robin Mihara shortly after the e-zine article on the movie came out, daring Robin to persuade him to become an Executive producer. It didn't take much coaxing, and shortly after Nathan Graybeal and his lovely wife signed on as well. In truth, within 48 hours of the article coming out, 90%+ of the shares were spoken for. Trailer for tournament and documentary: Here is a small glimpse of the good fortune that has transpired since the article: - Alexey Pajitnov Inventor of Tetris and Henk Rogers CEO of Tetris will most likely be speaking with us, via webcam from Moscow during the event broadcasted on the big screen or in some shape or form. - Blue Planet Software the Tetris company has agreed to sponsor the tournament held at the Downtown Independent in L.A. August 8th . - Twin Galaxies is excited and is sending Kelley Flewin to attend and oversee the tournament. - Terry Lee Torok has agreed to Host the Competition. Mr. Torok has been announcing since the 1990 Nintendo World Championships and was number one on our list - Thor Aackerlund Thor will be driving from his home in Texas to meet Robin after 20 years and possibly compete we hope! - Patrick B Pat the NES Punk will be co-hosting the Tournament. - Vince Clemente UncleTusk has been brought on as our Event Director for the tournament and a Producer of the film. - Chris Tang vicviper573 top competitive gamer, designer, Mr. everything is going to join the cast and advise on tournament structure -Josh Byerly qixmaster is coming on the road trip to help where he can, and be ready to throw the hammer down when neededOn July 28th, Robin, Josh, Adam and the Director of Photography Dan flown in from Chicago will all hop in a van for the road trip part of the film. San Fransisco, Las Vegas and L.A. are all stops along the way. We will meet with our Producers in Las Vegas while attending CGE. Then we will travel to Los Angeles and stay in a beach house in Laguna Beach. The movie that started as a simple idea between Adam and Robin has taken a life of it's own.
