After a long day at work I drove over to my local gamestop and got a copy of Street Fighter 4, the latest and one of the most anticipated Street Fighter games of the series. I put in a good two hours lastnight and here are my initial reactions. First off the whole feeling of the game screams arcade. From the way the menu feels to the online play. The coolest feature is to allow other players to challenge... 

So I decided to spend some money on myself last weekend and got myself a nintendo wii. Of course wii sports is a blast, you can’t deny that. But I had to get something that didn’t come in the box… so I jumped online and did some research of the games available.  I saw “game party” and it had ski ball, hoops and even a beer pong game so that sounded like a blast…... 

I recently came across a website called InstantAction.com. What is Instant Action? It is a web based platform that brings together online gaming, social elements such as; chat and online profiles and it does all this with ease and for web based graphics they are top notch. It has been proven that the casual online gaming market is much larger than the hardcore PC gaming market and I think we will see... 

I was watching a recent episode of diggnation and they mentioned a website called WeGame.com where you could watch video game movies. I went to wegame.com and I’ve been here for the past hour watching all kinds of videos (when I should be working). When I found out I had a computer that could handle Call of Duty 4 (said to be the best game of 2007) I had to get my hands on a copy. I’ve been playing it for three weeks and each week I begin to enjoy it more. First Thought Wasn’t so positive, at first it felt like I was playing just another Medal of Honor or Call of Duty, WW2 FPS. But as the weeks went by I have really gained a lot more respect... 

How it went down… Two gamers, who opinions I respect (Dirty and Apheleon), suggested I try out Team Fortress 2. So I reached for my wallet and launched the steam store. By the end of the night I had TF2 downloaded as was ready to give it my first try. My first thought… “wow this is much cartoonier than I was expecting”. This wouldn’t be the first shell shaded first person...
