I had the pleasure of seeng the 8-bit alliance tour at Carnegie Mellon University for FREE lastnight. Since my involvement into the retro gaming scene it’s probablyno surprise that I have also got really into 8-bit music (or Chip music). Lastnight was my first time seeing some of my favorite 8-bit artists live.

Ever since hearing the music from the first two levels of Mario Brothers I’ve always enjoyed some 8bit tunes. I remember a few years back listening to midi files I’d download from some online music scene (this was before myspace blew up).
